The Good Governance Protection Forum (GGPF) embarked on a transformative journey in Dang District, introducing a pioneering project focused on Apis Cerana (Honey Bee) for sustainable income generation. Spanning two impactful years from April 8, 2016, to April 8, 2018, the project concentrated on Pawanwar, Shigha, and Hapur, aiming to uplift local livelihoods through beekeeping and honey production. Activities ranged from forming beekeeping cooperatives and enhancing capacity to honey extraction and market research. The project not only created avenues for sustainable income and entrepreneurship but also promoted community-wide knowledge dissemination, fostering a more prosperous and self-sufficient future for the region.
